The City of Dallas is excited to announce the highly anticipated return of the Dallas International Night Market, set to take place in the International District on Saturday, September 21, from 4 to 10 p.m. This vibrant event will be held at the Prism Center, 5580 Peterson Lane, Dallas, TX, 75240.
Following the success of the inaugural event last September, which welcomed over two thousand attendees, the Dallas International Night Market has quickly become a cherished addition to the community. 4Oak Events owner and Dallas resident Sarah Chung, expressed her inspiration for the market, stating, ”I wanted to create a space where our community could come together and support one another, especially our local businesses that make Dallas so vibrant. I truly believe that by uniting, we can uplift and sustain the heart and soul of our city.”
The Dallas International Night Market is a celebration of diverse cultures, featuring an array of global cuisines, artistic performances, and handcrafted goods from local artisans. Food enthusiasts can embark on a culinary journey around the world, sampling delicacies from various food vendors, while art lovers can explore one-of-a-kind treasures created by talented artisans. In addition to the culinary and artistic experience, the event will showcase live entertainment, art displays, and Community Artist Program (CAP) performances, supported in part by the City of Dallas Office of Arts and Culture. This fusion of music, art, and culture promises an unforgettable evening for attendees of all ages.
The Dallas International Night Market is a collaborative effort between 4OAK Events, the Dallas International District, and the City of Dallas. The Dallas International District, previously known as the Valley View-Galleria area, is undergoing a transformation into a dynamic, multicultural hub. Anchored by the upcoming Dallas International Commons, a 20-acre park approved by voters in a recent bond measure, the district is set to offer a live-work-play-visit environment.
“The Dallas International Night Market has become a special event to celebrate the diversity of our city through food, shopping, music, and dance,” shared District 11 Council Member Jaynie Schultz. “The inclusive environment encourages individuals to celebrate their unique heritages and unite through cuisine, performances, and support for local small businesses.”
Craig Davis, President of Visit Dallas, echoed this sentiment, stating, “Dallas has a vibrant international community. We are excited to partner with the Dallas International District to showcase the diversity of our city’s food, culture, and art.”
Furthermore, the district boasts a diverse array of international dining options, a vibrant residential community, and ongoing redevelopment projects. Noteworthy additions include a new PreK-12 STEAM school in 2026 – with a joint DISD/City International Library and international trade offices at the Prism Center, such as the French Trade Office, The European Chamber of Commerce, and most recently, the Tanzanian American Chamber of Commerce.
